Job summary

EY seeks an Engineering Administrator to serve as the operational backbone for a fast-moving engineering team. This role removes friction from daily operations, coordinating across functions and ensuring licenses, assets, and onboarding run smoothly.

Ideal candidates are proactive, detail-oriented, and adept at managing budgets and records while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. The position offers hybrid work with extensive global support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 3+ years in an administrative/ops role supporting technical teams.
• Experience managing renewals, procurement, budgets or vendor coordination.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 or equivalent tools.
• Ability to track multiple workstreams with high accuracy.
• Excellent communication with internal/external stakeholders.
• Self-starter who owns tasks end to end.

Responsibilities

• Own the software license lifecycle: procurement, renewals, tracking, reallocation, retirement.
• Manage vendor and supplier relationships: quotes, contracts, renewals, points of contact.
• Handle procurement: purchase requests, approvals, invoices, delivery tracking.
• Track and support the team’s operational budget: monitor spend and variances.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding: accounts, hardware, access, provisioning.
• Maintain hardware and asset inventory: track equipment, repairs, replacements.
• Administer access and account requests across systems and tools.
• Keep team documentation and reference materials organized.
