Job summary

EY is seeking an Engineering Administrator to manage the operational backbone of a fast-moving engineering organization. You will orchestrate licenses, vendors, and procurement while supporting budgets and asset inventories.

This dedicated administrative role focuses on removing friction for engineers, coordinating across functions, and ensuring compliance and smooth day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• 3+ years in administrative, operations, procurement, or coordination roles.
• Experience managing renewals, procurement, budgets, or vendor coordination.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 or equivalent tools.
• Ability to track multiple workstreams with high accuracy.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own software license lifecycle from procurement to retirement.
• Manage vendor and supplier relationships and renewals.
• Handle procurement requests, approvals, and invoicing.
• Track operational budgets and flag variances.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding logistics.
• Maintain hardware and asset inventory records.
• Administer access requests and maintain documentation.
• Support compliance and internal reporting.
