Mitsubishi Power Americas, Inc. in Orlando, FL is seeking a Senior Service Engineering Manager to lead multiple service engineering teams, oversee fleet reliability, and manage technical governance.

You will partner across LTSA, Field Service, and Global Engineering, develop talent, and drive 24/7 support, safety, and continuous improvement.

This role requires 15+ years of engineering leadership, a BS in engineering, and strong strategic and communication skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Engineering required.
Master's Degree desired in Engineering, Engineering Management, Business Administration, or related field.
15+ years of engineering experience in rotating equipment.
7+ years of progressive engineering leadership experience.
Experience leading engineering managers and large teams.

Responsibilities

Lead multiple Service Engineering organizations through subordinate Managers, Team Leaders and Specialists.
Set engineering strategy and priorities aligned with LTSA, Fleet Reliability, and growth.
Ensure 24/7 engineering support through effective staffing and organization design.
Mentor and develop Service Engineering leadership and high-potential employees.
Drive continuous improvement, technical excellence and customer-focused outcomes.
