Qualifications

• 10+ years of business development or sales experience selling engineering services, technical consulting, or professional services.
• Experience engaging executive leadership, engineering organizations, and technical decision-makers.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel to support clients and business development activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to generate new business opportunities across multiple manufacturing sectors.
• Build relationships with executive leaders, engineering teams, operations, procurement, and manufacturing decision-makers.
• Identify client challenges and position Munro's capabilities as value-driven solutions.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities through outreach and networking.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and close.
• Sell complex engineering and manufacturing consulting services with a consultative, value-based approach.
• Lead discovery conversations to understand technical, operational, and business challenges.
• Present customized solutions aligning Munro's expertise with client objectives.
• Develop proposals, pricing, and statements of work with technical teams.
