Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, a technical field, or equivalent education and/or relevant work experience.
• 5+ years of sales experience in engineering solutions, industrial automation, or controls industries.
• Proven track record of surpassing sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Proficiency with CRM and sales tools: Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and cultivate opportunities: identify and pursue new business leads and nurture existing clients.
• Master solution selling by listening to client challenges and positioning E Tech Group’s engineering solutions.
• Position E Tech Group as a main automation partner across accounts and locations.
• Craft and close compelling proposals; pursue and secure project orders.
• Pipeline management with accurate forecasts of bookings and opportunities.
• Develop strategic partnerships with vendors and subcontractors.
• Deliver regular updates to senior leadership on BD initiatives and market trends.
• Be an ambassador of our core values and contribute to associates’ development.
