Job summary
Commercial Vehicle Group, Inc is seeking an Engineering Manager to plan and direct the engineering team within the Trim Systems Division, overseeing product and process planning, design, and execution while managing budgets and resources.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's in engineering; Mechanical or related field.
- 20+ years in design engineering; 5+ years in management.
- 10+ years design experience in CVG trim systems.
- Strong leadership and data-driven problem solving.
- Proficient in AIAG lean principles.
- CAD/CAE knowledge; high-volume production experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor engineering team.
- Develop product/process strategy roadmap and execute on time and budget.
- Lead design & development NPI activities for manufacturing readiness.
- Evaluate new designs and materials; ensure integration with operations.
- Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to meet needs.
- Drive quality, process controls, and continuous improvement initiatives.
