Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering with 10-15 years of trim product development experience.
• 5 years in a supervisory position in trim product development.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Experience solving trim-related technical issues with data-driven methods.
• Ability to communicate with multiple management levels and regional/global teams.

Responsibilities

• Leads trim product development for a seating business unit.
• Leads trim design reviews and open issues meetings.
• Ensures trim best practices and processes are applied.
• Reviews DFMEAs and ensures corrective actions or design changes.
• Plans and executes engineering deliverables for timely gate exits.
• Negotiate with customers to resolve trim issues and manage budgets.
• Supports manufacturing feasibility and cross-functional collaboration across CS groups.
