Job summary

Commercial Vehicle Group, Inc. is seeking an Engineering Manager to plan, direct, and optimize the engineering team within the Trim Systems Division.

You will oversee product and process development, manage budgets and resources, and coordinate with customers and cross-functional teams to validate and launch solutions. The role requires strong leadership, extensive design experience, and a track record of delivering high-volume programs on time and within cost.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical or related field) required or equivalent experience.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven design experience (10+ years) with CVG’s trim systems’ product & process offering.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Familiarity with AIAG lean principles and high-volume production environments.
