• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical or related).
• 20+ years in design engineering; 5+ years in managerial/leadership roles.
• 10+ years design experience with CVG trim systems product & process offerings.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers to meet objectives.
• Develop product/process strategies, roadmaps, and budget alignment.
• Oversee NPIs, design validation, and production readiness.
• Evaluate and integrate new technologies to enhance offerings.
• Represent CVG with customers and cross-functional teams.
