Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with 2+ years leading teams.

• Proven ability to deliver large, complex projects while keeping teams unblocked and motivated.
• Familiarity with backend systems, distributed architecture, and cloud infra (AWS, Postgres; Node.js/TypeScript).
• Track record of building diverse, high-performing teams and fostering an inclusive culture.
• Ability to operate at strategic and tactical levels (code reviews to board discussions).

• Building and scaling the team: recruit, retain, and mentor engineers and managers, fostering growth and leadership.
