Job summary

As Engineering Manager you will lead 4–7 engineers, recruit and mentor talent, and partner with Product Managers to define roadmaps, plan execution, and ensure exceptional user experiences.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience leading remote engineering teams and hiring/retaining engineers.
• 5+ years in software engineering with proven technical leadership.
• Proficient in agile team software development and capable of delivering complex projects on time.
• Strong collaboration and communication across functions to align efforts.
• Passionate about current tech trends and advancements.
• Ruby experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a team of 4-7 engineers through recruitment, mentoring, leadership, and performance management.
• Build amazing, market-winning products.
• Partner with Product Managers to define roadmaps.
• Plan and drive project execution.
• Improve product quality, reliability, and user experience.
• Assist with sales and customer calls.
• Review and oversee technical design decisions.
