Join our Engineering team to shape the future of compliance automation. We are seeking a senior backend engineer with 8+ years of experience, deep Ruby expertise, and a track record building scalable integrations and public APIs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of backend experience with modern languages (Ruby, Python, Go).
• 6+ years of Ruby experience.
• Strong CS fundamentals.
• Experience building large-scale integrations and public APIs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead scoping, design, and implementation of new end-to-end functionality.
• Perform detailed code reviews and provide technical mentorship to engineers.
• Lead architecture and discussions for core parts of the Secureframe application.
• Own multi-team coordination for cross-cutting initiatives.
• Establish engineering best practices across the team.
• Collaborate with designers and product managers to solve user challenges.
