Job summary

Secureframe is seeking a product manager to own products from discovery to launch. You will work closely with customers and cross-functional teams to explore, iterate, and build the future you believe in.

With 2+ years in product management, you will shape product strategy, document requirements, and help guide go-to-market efforts in a fast-growing cybersecurity SaaS environment.

Responsibilities

• Learn Secureframe product inside and out and understand customer needs.
• Gather pain points, user research, and feedback into clear product requirements.
• Support feature development end-to-end with engineering and stakeholders.
• Prioritize bugs and contribute to product vision, strategy, and roadmaps.

Our product team is looking for strategic problem solvers to take ownership of new products, from discovery to launch and beyond. You'll work closely with customers and cross-functional teams to explore, iterate, and build the future you strongly believe in.

You'll own products from conception to launch and be responsible for the development and business success of Secureframe services and products. You'll get the opportunity to work closely with leadership across the organization. As a member of the Secureframe team, you'll also influence team culture and how we work cross-functionally together.

Location & Work Model

What you’ll do

• Learn the Secureframe product inside and out and develop a deep understanding of our customers
• Gather and synthesize customer pain points, user research, and stakeholder feedback into clear product requirements
• Support feature development end-to-end alongside the engineering team, while collaborating with stakeholders across the company
• Execute on assigned projects and flag opportunities for improvement as you grow in the role
• Collaborate with PMs and cross-functional teams to contribute to product vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Work with product and engineering to document, triage, and prioritize bugs
• Support go-to-market activities across the product team, including planning, execution, and tracking success
• Build familiarity with product metrics to help assess the health and success of your product area

Who we’re looking for

• 2+ years of product management experience, ideally at a B2B SaaS company
• A builder at heart with strong product taste and a track record of shipping things customers love
• Rigorous, data-driven approach to prioritization and problem solving
• Fluent in modern AI tools and excited about what they unlock for how we work and what we build
• High ownership mentality, you move fast, handle ambiguity well, and don't need a lot of hand-holding
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where priorities shift and speed matters
• Naturally curious and resourceful, with a hunger to keep growing
