Secureframe, a leading cybersecurity compliance company, is hiring a Product Manager in a hybrid New York City role. You will own key product areas, collaborate with design and engineering, and help shape the product roadmap from ideation to delivery.

The ideal candidate has strong HTML/CSS/TypeScript skills, experience with Rails, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, and a startup mindset. This role emphasizes ownership, collaboration, and customer impact.

Qualifications

• Experience in product ownership and solving customer problems.
• Strong frontend skills (HTML/CSS/TypeScript) and a modern backend language.
• Experience with Rails, PostgreSQL and Elasticsearch is a plus.
• Startup experience or founding a company is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Management, Design and Engineering to maintain high quality in a fast-paced environment.
• Wear a product manager hat when needed and drive product thinking.
• Work with senior engineers to build features solving high-scope technical problems.
• Participate in planning, code reviews, and growing the team.
