As Engineering Manager you will lead 4–7 engineers, recruit and mentor talent, and partner with Product Managers to define roadmaps, plan execution, and ensure exceptional user experiences.

The Engineering Manager role at Secureframe is a key position spearheading the development and refinement of the workforce product set, focusing initially on debugging and then on rebuilding policies and user access frameworks in collaboration with the Product Manager.
