The Senior Software Engineer will own backend systems, collaborate with PMs and engineers, and drive high quality through TDD and CI/CD.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Ruby on Rails or other backend languages.
• Experience building scalable, high‑availability systems.
• Strong knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Experience with CI/CD and test‑driven development (TDD).
• Cloud experience with AWS.

Responsibilities

• Develop backend services and APIs.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and engineers to deliver features.
• Implement test‑driven development to ensure high quality software.
• Design and reason about distributed systems and data stores.
