The role requires at least ten years of utility engineering experience, track record in leadership, and a PE license is preferred. You will coordinate with multiple stakeholders and uphold rigorous design and record-keeping standards.

Qualifications

• Ten+ years of experience in utility engineering.
• Project/initiative leadership experience required.
• Direct supervisory experience preferred.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in any U.S. state preferred.
• Significant experience in gas-fired generation and major capital projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and manage a multidisciplinary engineering and technical team supporting gas generation assets.
• Establish priorities and foster safety, technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee engineering delivery across the project lifecycle from development to closeout.
• Coordinate among Engineering Services, operating companies, EPC firms, OEMs, and suppliers.
• Maintain design-basis documentation and ensure compliance with standards and records.
