Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree (BS) in engineering or related field; PE certificate preferred.
• 12–15 years of related experience with 4+ years in leadership.
• Wide knowledge of multiple engineering disciplines and product/system integration.
• Experience with project management, documentation, and cost analysis.

Responsibilities

• Align engineering objectives with division strategy and allocate resources.
• Lead product development and research, introducing new technology while managing risk.
• Maintain formal/informal program management and customer interface.
• Protect Parker IP and maintain engineering processes and standards.
• Own budget planning and cost management across division engineering.
• Collaborate with customers to drive product innovation and roadmap input.
