Job summary

Parker Hannifin is seeking an Engineering Manager, Legacy Product Support, to lead engineering support for legacy and aftermarket product lines. You will coordinate sustaining engineering, resolve technical issues, and drive product improvements while aligning with business and customer requirements.

Reporting to the engineering leadership, you will guide multi-disciplinary teams, manage budgets and schedules, and collaborate with depot partners to sustain reliability and aftermarket success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a science discipline; MS/MBA preferred.
• Demonstrated 10–12 years of related engineering and management experience.
• 4+ years in a supervisory/managerial role leading engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering effort and define plans and outcomes for a major team.
• Develop plans for multiple projects and allocate resources with management.
• Manage deployment of resources among teams and projects.
• May act as CAM with Earned Value Management.
• Provide leadership for Material Review and Repair activities.
• Coach and mentor staff and ensure adherence to engineering standards and processes.
