Constellation Energy is seeking an engineering leader to manage Electrical I&C and Power Systems engineers at our New York facility. You will oversee station needs, regulatory compliance, and the delivery of high‑quality engineering results through your team.

The role emphasizes staff development, budgeting, and participation in NGG‑wide programs to standardize engineering systems. A bachelor's in engineering and professional licensure are required, with nuclear plant experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Civil/Structural, Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical, or nuclear) or related science.
• PE license or SRO license with 5 years engineering experience, including 1 year nuclear power plant experience.
• Must meet ANSI/ANS-3.1-2014 Standard and related access requirements.

Responsabilités

• Manage Electrical I&C and Power Systems Engineers.
• Provide management of the engineering function with respect to station needs and regulatory requirements.
• Directly and through subordinates, fulfill engineering and technical leadership accountability for short‑ and long‑term programs.
• Participate in Business Planning, Budget, and Performance review for assigned staff.
• Contribute as senior resource to NGG-wide programs for standardized engineering systems.
