Job summary

Constellation Energy seeks an engineering leader to manage Electrical I&C and Power Systems teams at our NY facilities. You will ensure regulatory compliance and drive high‑quality engineering results across short- and long-term programs, mentoring staff and coordinating with site operations.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s in engineering, PE or SRO license, and nuclear plant experience is preferred. This role involves budgeting, project leadership, and collaboration with NGG-wide

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required with nuclear knowledge preferred.
• PE license or active/inactive SRO experience is highly desirable.
• Experience in nuclear power plant environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage Electrical I&C and Power Systems Engineering teams.
• Align engineering activities with station needs and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and mentor staff to meet site and corporate objectives.
• Lead engineering programs affecting short- and long-term operations.
• Participate in budgeting, business planning, and performance reviews.
• Contribute to NGG-wide programs for standardized engineering processes.
• Support outage activities and cross-department coverage as needed.
