Job summary

Extend is seeking a Senior Engineering Leader to mentor a team of engineers, own the architecture of event-driven systems, and partner with product and operations to deliver high-impact post-purchase solutions. • Collaborate with Product, Design and Operations to define roadmaps and deliver value.
• Own end-to-end delivery of complex features using Agile and AI-native SDLC.
• Foster a high-trust culture and champion on-call, incident response and testing.
• Champion AI adoption across the team and partner on AI-native product capabilities.
• Drive operational excellence, CI/CD, and predictable shipping cadence.
• Improve engineering workflows to boost velocity and quality.
