Job summary

InsurePay is seeking a seasoned software engineering leader to guide multiple teams building scalable SaaS solutions. You will mentor engineers, own delivery outcomes, and collaborate with Product, QA, and cross-functional partners to plan, prioritize, and execute work.

A focus on architecture, code quality, and delivery velocity will be essential, along with leveraging AI-assisted tools to improve productivity.

Qualifications

10+ years in software engineering with leadership responsibility.
Experience leading SCRUM teams and delivering SaaS solutions.
Architecting .NET and/or Java SaaS solutions.
Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
Certified Scrum Master and Agile facilitation.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop software engineers fostering accountability and quality.
Own delivery outcomes and ensure on-time, within-budget shipping.
Coach teams on estimation, planning, and sustainable delivery practices.
Partner with Product, QA, and cross-functional stakeholders to plan and execute work.
Drive architecture decisions and ensure standards for code quality, testing, and documentation.
Champion AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and quality.
Coordinate cross-team dependencies and manage release activities.
Provide visibility into progress, risks, and delivery timelines.
