Job summary

Flooid, a leader in point-of-sale and unified commerce software, seeks an Engineering Manager who will line-manage Engineering Leads across multiple teams. You will own performance management, delivery confidence, and cross-team planning, partnering with Product, Architecture and Services to ensure high quality releases.

You will help shape the agentic delivery lifecycle and build reusable engineering artefacts.

Qualifications

Proven experience line-managing Engineering Leads across multiple teams.
Deep technical understanding to review and challenge engineering decisions.
Fluency in Cursor as a leadership tool to review AI-assisted work.
Experience delivering high-quality software with strong delivery discipline.
Excellent stakeholder management across technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

Line manage, coach, and develop Engineering Leads across multiple teams.
Own performance management and career development across your group.
Own delivery confidence, ensuring high quality, faster delivery, and on-time commitments.
Partner with Product, Architecture, and Professional Services on scope and trade-offs.
Work with leadership on end-to-end agentic delivery lifecycle from specs to release.
Create and version prompts, skills, and context as engineering artefacts; collaborate on platform tooling.
