Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of an engineering team.

• Define and maintain Platform Team's product vision and roadmap.
• Identify opportunities by assessing pain points, tech debt, dependencies.
• Translate needs into scoped initiatives with leads and engineers.
• Set ownership, timelines, milestones, and communicate progress.
• Maintain OKRs, dashboards, documentation, postmortems, status updates.
• Promote engineering practices around clean code, testing, observability, incident response.
