Job summary

Voltage Energy is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead all manufacturing operations in a fast-growing environment. You will champion safety, quality, productivity, and cost control while guiding workforce planning, production scheduling, and equipment maintenance.

You will also drive continuous improvement initiatives and play a pivotal role in launching a new facility, including operational readiness, equipment installation, process setup, staffing, and commissioning to support Voltage

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Industrial Technology, or related field.
• 10+ years of manufacturing leadership experience, with at least 5+ in a Plant Manager or Senior Operations role.
• Strong understanding of production planning, lean manufacturing, and quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead all plant operations including production, maintenance, quality, safety, warehousing, and logistics.
• Convert organizational goals into daily operational plans and performance targets.
• Drive operational excellence through Lean, 5S, Kaizen, or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Oversee staffing, onboarding, training, performance management, and succession planning.
• Collaborate with ERP/MES systems to optimize material flow and production scheduling.
• Plan and execute the launch of a new facility, including pre-launch readiness and commissioning.
