• 10+ years in Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) / production environments.
• 5+ years in formal Project Management.
• 3+ years in People Leadership / Management.

Responsibilities

• Shape strategic roadmaps and resource allocations as a core member of leadership teams.
• Oversee Product, Process, and Test Engineering; manage budgets and cross-functional prioritization.
• Direct end-to-end New Product Introduction and lifecycle management, including DFx and cost-reduction reviews.
• Drive continuous quality improvement and ensure compliance with RoHS, Conflict Minerals, and evolving environmental regulations.
• Act as technical and executive liaison for key customers, resolving escalations and building trust.
