Job summary

Sora Resource Group seeks an accomplished Engineering Manager with 10+ years in electronics manufacturing and 5+ years in project management to lead strategic growth in Albuquerque. This role combines hands-on engineering leadership with a strategic focus on NPI, DFx, and cost-reduction initiatives across aero/military industrial accounts.

The ideal candidate will oversee Product, Process, and Test Engineering, align corporate roadmaps with customer priorities, and drive Lean/Kaizen

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) / production environments.
• 5+ years in formal Project Management.
• 3+ years in People Leadership / Management.
• Deep familiarity with Aerospace, Military, and Tech Industrial product lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Shape strategic roadmaps and resource allocations as a core member of the Albuquerque Leadership Team.
• Oversee Product, Process, and Test Engineering; manage capital spend and budgets.
• Direct end-to-end NPI, rapid prototyping, and large-scale product transfers with DFx reviews.
• Drive continuous quality improvements and compliance with RoHS and environmental standards.
