Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years in engineering leadership with delivery responsibility.
• 5+ years in product design and development; payment processing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead two software engineering teams delivering payment-related features and platform improvements.
• Collaborate with product management, design, QA, and stakeholders to define priorities and deliver outcomes.
• Guide technical decisions across OO languages, databases, and modern frameworks in monolith and cloud environments.
• Drive development to improve customer experience, reliability, and engineering efficiency.
• Manage multiple priorities, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
• Coach and develop team members with feedback, goals, and growth opportunities.
• Foster a healthy team environment and cross-functional collaboration.
• Communicate status, manage dependencies, and support coordinated delivery.
• Apply AI tools and AI-assisted workflows to boost productivity and problem solving.
