The role requires 6+ years of experience, strong React/Java skills, and deep API and distributed systems know-how. You will collaborate with product and design, mentor engineers, and contribute to a high-impact healthcare platform.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering experience with a strong product focus.
• Proven experience leading full-stack development teams with mentoring and design oversight.
• Proficiency in React, modern frontend architecture, and core web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) plus Java.
• Experience with generative AI and AI-assist software engineering tooling.
• Solid experience with relational databases and data modeling.
• Experience designing and supporting APIs and distributed architectures (monoliths and microservices).
• Nice to have: GraphQL, Unix/Linux environments, and exposure to legacy tech in large-scale production.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of high-quality software within an agile cross-functional team.
• Own technical designs and guide implementation aligned with architecture and business goals.
• Build scalable, maintainable, well-tested software using modern engineering practices.
• Provide technical leadership through code reviews, mentoring, and decisions.
• Regularly leverage AI-assisted tooling to improve throughput and quality.
• Evaluate and propose generative AI opportunities to delight customers.
• Develop strong knowledge of the medication management domain as a technical SME.
• Collaborate with product, design, and other engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions.
