You will collaborate with product and operations to shape scalable architectures, implement modern frontend and backend solutions, and uphold engineering standards while advancing generative AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of software engineering experience.
• Proven experience leading full‑stack development teams with design oversight.
• Proficiency in React, HTML/CSS/JavaScript and Java.
• Experience with generative AI and AI‑assist tooling.
• GraphQL experience is highly desired.
• Strong communication, ownership, and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and delivery of high‑quality code within an agile cross‑functional team.
• Own and author detailed technical designs aligning with standards and business goals.
• Provide scalable, maintainable solutions and reliable effort estimates.
• Write clean, well‑tested, and performant code following coding standards.
