This role partners with product, infrastructure, and staff engineers to set technical direction and ensure reliable, secure execution.

Remote US-based, with compensation $150,000 to $180,000 per year. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in software development and 3+ years in management, proven success

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience, including 3+ years in engineering management.
• Experience leading teams that build platforms or tools for other engineers.
• Ability to define technical strategy and translate goals into execution plans.
• Proven success in hiring and developing engineers in an inclusive environment.

For our client, we are seeking an Engineering Manager, Mobile Development Productivity to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This role will lead an engineering team focused on improving the productivity of mobile developers and AI agents through better platforms, tools, and metrics. You will partner closely with product, infrastructure, and staff engineering leaders to shape technical direction, solve shared development challenges, and drive reliable execution. The position requires a strong balance of technical strategy, people leadership, and cross-functional coordination in a distributed environment. Success in this role will be measured by the team's ability to raise developer effectiveness while maintaining high standards for reliability and security.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $150,000 - $180,000 annually
