Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Engineering Manager - Mobile to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will guide a high-performing mobile engineering organization responsible for delivering modern customer experiences across iOS and Android. You will partner closely with product, backend, and web teams to shape roadmaps, remove technical friction, and turn mobile constraints into practical business and engineering insights. The position calls for a leader who can balance technical depth with people development while fostering a collaborative, innovative culture. This is a remote opportunity with the chance to influence the direction of a growing digital product organization.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $239,000 – $298,800 annually
