Qualifications

For our client, we are seeking a Engineering Manager, Site Reliability to join the team of a leader in the Consumer Technology space. This role will guide a Site Reliability Engineering team focused on improving system stability, scalability, and overall platform performance for a high-traffic consumer technology business. You will partner closely with engineering and cross-functional stakeholders to set reliability standards, strengthen incident response practices, and support a better experience for users. The position also requires balancing immediate operational needs with longer-term investments in automation, self-service, and operational excellence.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $183,000 – $193,000 annually

Responsibilities
