Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a senior engineering leader to design, develop, and maintain core products and infrastructure in an Agile setting. You will lead product managers, developers, and architects to deliver features, hire, and grow a high-performing full‑stack team.

Focus areas include authentication strategies for mobile apps, contextual onboarding, and home screen experiences, with hands-on work using AEM and MoEngage for massive user bases. Strong cross‑functional collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of related work experience OR Advanced degree with 3 years of related experience (Required)
• Acceptable areas of study include Computer Science or in a computer programming related field. (Required)
• 4-7 years Experience in an Analytics and Business Intelligence development environment. (Required)
• Less than 2 years Experience in managing or supervising a team of 15 developers or more. (Required)

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a software engineering team to deliver projects on time and within budget through coaching and performance management
• Drive improvements in development practices, including team structure, processes, tooling, security, and compliance to enhance efficiency
• Oversee technical vendor relationships to influence product features and ensure alignment with technical requirements
• Recruit and onboard qualified team members to strengthen team capabilities and support project demands
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
