Job summary

T-Mobile in Overland Park, KS is seeking a senior leader to design, develop, and maintain key products and technology in an Agile environment. You will manage product managers, software developers, architects, and technical staff to deliver outcomes, attract and retain a high performing full-stack team, and ensure timely delivery of features through collaboration with stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or in a computer programming related field (Required).
Advanced degree with 3+ years of related experience (Required).
4-7 years Experience in Analytics and BI development environment (Required).
Less than 2 years Experience in managing or supervising a team of 15 developers or more (Required).

Responsibilities

Manage and develop a software engineering team to deliver projects on time and within budget through coaching and performance management.
Drive improvements in development practices, including team structure, processes, tooling, security, and compliance to enhance efficiency.
Oversee technical vendor relationships to influence product features and ensure alignment with technical requirements.
Recruit and onboard qualified team members to strengthen team capabilities and support project demands.
Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
