T-Mobile is seeking a Senior Mobile Apps Development Manager to lead the Life App development teams and drive delivery of software solutions for business customers. You will mentor engineers, shape technical strategy, and collaborate with product partners to ensure high-quality, on-time outputs that align with business goals.

You will guide UX-driven mobile solutions, manage cross-functional teams, and foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and accountability across projects and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of related work experience.
• Advanced degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
• 4–7 years of Analytics/BI development experience.
• Less than 2 years of experience supervising 15+ developers.

Responsabilités

• Lead and mentor a mobile app development team to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Recruit and onboard qualified team members to strengthen capabilities.
• Own the full mobile app development lifecycle from scoping to release.
• Optimize apps for performance and user experience.
• Improve development practices, including processes, tooling, and security.
• Manage project resources and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Oversee vendor relationships to align features with requirements.
• Troubleshoot and remove blockers to keep teams productive.
