Job summary

Parker Hannifin is a Fortune 250 global leader in motion and control technologies, supporting aerospace aftermarket operations. This role provides strategic leadership for the division’s aftermarket repair station, spares, and vendor repair management across multiple sites.

You will manage teams, drive financial and service metrics, and collaborate with Sales, Design Engineering, and Supply Chain to execute growth campaigns and optimize inventory and throughput.

Qualifications

• Four year college degree required, with technical major preferred.
• MBA is a plus.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of aftermarket operations experience with leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience in an FAA repair station is a plus.
• Minimum 7 years of operations experience with budgetary and P&L responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide visionary leadership to the aftermarket operations team, fostering excellence and continuous improvement.
• Achieve financial, customer service, repair station, supply chain and inventory goals.
• Grow the business and meet unit, division and corporate targets.
• Collaborate with customers to promote technologies and services.
• Ensure premier customer service and effective strategy deployment.
• Lead Lean initiatives and cross-functional manufacturing, engineering, and sales activities.
