Parker Hannifin is seeking a Staff Level leader for Aftermarket Operations at the North Hollywood, California facility. This strategic role oversees aftermarket repair station, spares, and vendor repair management, driving efficiency, customer satisfaction, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities include leading a multi-site team, achieving budgeted objectives, and promoting Lean initiatives while coordinating with Sales, Design Engineering, and Supply Chain to ensure a seamless

• Four-year college degree required; MBA a plus.
• 7–10 years of experience in aftermarket operations with leadership.
• Experience in an FAA repair station is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide visionary leadership to the aftermarket operations team and drive continuous improvement.
• Achieve financial, customer service, repair station, supply chain and inventory objectives for commercial and military aftermarket.
• Grow the business and meet monthly, quarterly and annual goals.
• Collaborate with customers to promote company technologies and services.
• Establish premier customer service across sites and functions.
• Lead Lean initiatives and coordinate with Manufacturing, Engineering and Sales/Marketing.
