Job summary

GetResponse is seeking an Engineering Manager to unite three areas—people leadership, delivery and engineering processes—and translate them into measurable IT impact. You will report to an IT Director and lead teams, guiding performance and development while improving development practices.

You will work closely with other Engineering Managers and Product Managers to move IT forward, fostering a proactive, change-ready environment and ensuring high-quality code.

Qualifications

• Masters in CS or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven leadership and people-management experience.
• Experience with multiple programming languages or technical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support up to three teams and 18 direct reports to drive results.
• Develop people through feedback, coaching and career planning.
• Contribute to IT strategy and knowledge sharing across teams.
