United States Digital Space LLC in Warsaw leads a new Adoption engineering team to help new users discover value, building rapid prototypes and scalable systems. You will guide engineers, partner with Product, Design, Data Science and Marketing to remove friction and highlight aha moments for first-time users.
The role requires 7+ years in software with 4+ years in people leadership, and offers a contract in Poland with a strong focus on growth and collaboration in a hybrid office setting.
The Product Engineering team builds features end-to-edge, from designing our data models to implementing the subtle interaction behaviors that differentiate good software from great software. We work closely with UI designers and are supported by our infrastructure team. We aim to delight users with both large new features and smaller, daily product enhancements—thanks to our continuous deployment architecture. We want to create a superlative user experience, down to the smallest details.
We’re looking for an empathetic and technically experienced Engineering Manager to lead a new team in our Adoption Group focused on helping new users discover the full value of our collaborative software during their first moments in the company. This team will move quickly, building zero-to-one product experiences that make it easier for users to explore, understand, and adopt the product — turning curiosity into long-term engagement.
You’ll work closely with Product, Design, Data Science, and Marketing to optimize experiences, build rapid prototypes, and scalable systems that remove friction and highlight “aha” moments for new users. You’ll guide engineers in balancing speed and craft, creating both delightful new user flows and reliable growth infrastructure.
