Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher technical degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven leadership of software engineers in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and provide technical oversight for cross-functional engineering teams.
• Coach engineers through regular feedback and professional development.
• Clarify business and technical requirements before development begins.
• Establish and reinforce software development best practices.
• Review work for quality, scalability, and compliance.
• Identify skill gaps and training needs across the team.
• Coordinate technical dependencies across teams.
• Partner with product owners to refine requirements.
• Work with scrum masters to deliver projects on schedule and budget.
• Participate in release planning and estimation.
• Resolve blockers and manage delivery risks.
• Support architectural decisions for new and existing systems.
