Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field OR in lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience.
• 5 years Related professional experience.
• 1 year Supervisory experience or demonstrated progressive leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Empower a team of software engineers, business analysts, and scrum masters to develop scalable software solutions and deliver features across projects.
• Develop staff through coaching, timely performance feedback, and assessments; establish development plans and retain top talent.
• Coordinate review of requirements with vendors, stakeholders, and architects; manage outsourcing strategy and budget considerations.
• Facilitate all aspects of software development from planning to implementation; ensure SDLC adherence and accurate feature estimation with Product Management.
• Serve as channel for prioritization and escalation; marshal resources to resolve urgent issues while minimizing customer impact.
