Qualifications

• Experience with SDLC methodologies and modern development practices.

Responsibilities

• Conducts high level systems analysis and implementation of high performing software solutions that are efficient and cost effective, and which support Wellmark’s business and Technology applications.
• Leads system development and guides the team in design, development, code testing and debugging to ensure successful completion.
• Contributes to and drives adoption of best practices across platforms (CI/CD, automated testing, etc.).
• Leads diverse development resourcing model including Wellmark staff and global staffing.
