Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Experience in complex design delivery and decision-making.
• Leadership experience managing multiple projects and teams.
• Strong CAD, GD&T, tolerance analysis, and materials knowledge.
• Ability to guide engineers through difficult design problems.
• Excellent communication with customers and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering team, set priorities, allocate resources, and manage commitments.
• Provide hands-on technical direction for product architecture and design verification.
• Lead design reviews and resolve technical risks prior to release.
• Translate customer requirements into specifications and validation plans.
• Oversee drawings, BOMs, design calculations, and controlled release.
• Collaborate with sales/customers on feasibility and proposals.
• Work with manufacturing and quality to improve manufacturability and address field or production issues.
