Job summary

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of manufacturing leadership, strong machining knowledge, and proven ability to manage development programs with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong familiarity with machining processes.
• Experience owning and executing development and production processes on time and without supervision.
• Demonstrated leadership in process validation and equipment qualification.
• Experience working with internal and external customers.
• Ability to travel domestically up to 10% and internationally if needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage, supervise, and develop the engineering team based on goals, budget, and staffing needs.
• Identify and resolve manufacturing and quality problems related to methods, processes, tooling, equipment, and process design.
• Oversee all process and program development from qualification through to production.
• Create goals for the engineering team based on leadership directives.
• Promote communication of customer requirements and manage escalation resolutions.
