Job summary

You will develop process routings, support inspection planning, and collaborate with shop floor personnel to implement improvements and ensure products meet specifications and timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with manufacturing focus or 5+ years experience with a related degree.
• Ability to read blueprints and GD&T, with lean manufacturing knowledge.
• Proficient in MS Office and quality systems; Six Sigma training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate customer drawings, models and specs to choose efficient machining processes.
• Develop process routings, tooling lists and operation instructions.
• Work hands-on with shop floor personnel to implement lean plans.
• Quote work, manage technical information flow, and support root-cause analysis.
• Ensure products meet quality, cost and delivery targets; support NC/QA activities.
