Meyer Tool Inc. in Cincinnati, OH, is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the engineering team and oversee manufacturing process development, deployment, and support.

Reporting to the Director of Engineering, you will drive safety, quality, on-time delivery, and cost reduction while mentoring staff and collaborating with internal/external customers. This role requires strong technical leadership, machining expertise, ITAR awareness, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, mechanical, aerospace engineering or related field required, plus relevant experience.
• 5+ years’ leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 5+ years’ experience in aerospace or industrial gas turbine manufacturing.
• Strong familiarity with machining processes.
• Experience owning and executing development and production processes on time and without supervision.
• Leadership in process validation and equipment qualification.
• Experience working with internal and external customers.
• Ability to travel domestically up to 10% and internationally, if needed.
• ITAR compliance knowledge and US Person documentation.
• Safety-sensitive manufacturer with pre-employment drug testing.

• Manage, supervise, and develop the engineering team based on goals, budget, and staffing needs.
• Collaborate with customers to identify and resolve manufacturing and quality problems related to methods, processes, tooling and design.
• Oversee all process and program development from qualification through production.
• Set goals for engineering team following leadership directives.
• Communicate customer requirements and manage resolution of escalated issues.
• Monitor productivity and meet customer commitments in a timely, quality, cost-conscious manner.
• Serve as a technology leader across the company and promote technical rigor.
