Onfleet is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a cross-functional product team of four to seven engineers, collaborating with a product manager and reporting to the CTO. You will own the team’s people, delivery, hiring and process, coaching through growth and challenging moments while keeping execution visible with data.

We code through agents and value a manager who raises the bar on planning, reviews and the quality of releases.

Formación

• 3+ years managing software engineers with direct reports.
• 5+ years hands-on software development.
• Proven use of AI coding agents and orchestration.
• Coaching through growth and underperformance.
• End-to-end team delivery experience.
• Track record of improving team quality and testing.
• Close collaboration with product management.
• Excellent written and spoken English (C1).

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of four to seven engineers.
• Own delivery; plan, unblock, and represent the team in planning and product meetings.
• Partner with product manager daily on priorities and trade-offs.
• Coach the agentic way of working; guide and evolve tool-set and practices.
• Stay hands-on, off the critical path; review PRs and maintain technical judgment.
• Hire and grow the team; run structured hiring processes.
• Hold the quality bar; ensure tests and gates remain strong.
• Use data; read metrics and drive coaching and process changes.
