Flow Engineering, an AI-native requirements platform for hardware teams, seeks a tech lead manager to own delivery for a growing team while staying hands-on with coding. You will partner with product, design, and forward deployed engineers to ship high-impact features.

You will guide architecture decisions, review code, and help set engineering practices in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment. Your work will impact regulated and enterprise customers leveraging AI-enabled workflows.

Formación

• 8+ years producing production software in cloud environments.
• 2+ years of engineering management at early-stage companies.
• Proven track record shipping enterprise-grade software.
• Hands-on coding and architectural reviews.

Responsabilidades

• Lead onboarding, feedback, and career development for engineers.
• Own end-to-end product execution from scoping to ship, measure, iterate.
• Review code and make architecture calls, staying hands-on.
• Establish engineering best practices.
• Engage with customers and understand their high standards.
• Partner with recruiting to grow the team.
• Help shape AI integration in the product with agentic workflows and LLM features.
